Mediterranean Recipe: Kiwi Salad
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients 4 chicories, washed and sliced 2 bananas, sliced 2 tomatoes, diced 2 kiwis, sliced 1 small onion, finely chopped Extra virgin olive oil Vinegar to taste 1 teaspoon of sugar
Preparation
Place chicories, tomatoes and onion in a bowl. Add bananas and kiwis. Add the sugar, mix all the ingredients and let it stand in the refrigerator until the ingredients absorb the sugar.
Before serving, add the oil and vinegar. Serve cold.
